We've stayed deliberately hands-on: the person who walks your site and gives you the quote is the same person supervising the work and answering your messages. That's why our reviews keep repeating the same words — honest, responsive, reliable.
The Process
Six steps, start to finish

Talk to us
WhatsApp or call with your idea — a kitchen, a whole house, an office floor. We'll ask the right questions and tell you honestly what's realistic.
Step 02
Free site visit
We walk the space with you, measure, check the structure and utilities, and listen to how you actually live or work in it.
Step 03
Itemised quote
Every line priced, every material named. Compare it with anyone — we'd rather lose a job than hide a cost that surprises you later.
Step 04
Design & schedule
Layouts and material selections confirmed, then a written schedule of works — so you know what happens which week, and when to expect noise, dust or downtime.
Step 05
The build
Our own coordinated trades, progress updates with photos on WhatsApp, and a site kept tidy enough that your neighbours stay friendly.
Step 06
Handover & warranty
A walkthrough together, a defects list cleared before we call it done, and a workmanship warranty in writing. If something's not right later, one message brings us back.
